	Prof. Akhilesh Bhargava Director, SIHFW

Prof. Bhargava, with 32 years of experience is a public health expert by training and holds a diploma in Hospital Administration besides Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management is Specially trained in Epidemiology at CDC Atlanta-Georgia (USA). He has worked in various capacities for Medical Education and Health Department including his stay as Technical Advisor (OSD) to Government in Medical & Health Department (1996-2000). He has been the chief artisan for Policy for Private Investment for the State, instrumental in opening medical education to private sector in the State, PIP of RHSDP, and XI plan document for Medical and Health dept. He is the first awardee of Louis Pasteur Oration award (2004) by APCRI. Member of many Professional bodies, Prof. Bhargava has been Course and Module writer for NCERT/IGNOU/IIHMR & NIHFW and has more than 20 papers contributed to indexed journals and has an exposure to more than 300 seminars & workshops in the country & abroad. Prof. Bhargava was Nodal Officer for SBA for the state. He is member of Academic committee of NIHFW for MPW Training curriculum. He is also member of central monitoring team of NACO for HSS and Nodal officer of State PPP cell.

	Dr. S. S. Yadav Registrar

Dr. Yadav is a Post Graduate in Surgery from, SMS Medical College. He has held various positions in Medical & Health department. He attended many national and state level conferences. Dr. Yadav has served Mobile surgical Unit of Medical & Heath Department for more than 21 years .He has been associated with RHSDP since it’s inception. Dr. Yadav is State Trainer trained by NIHFW on Alternate Methodology in IUD Training.

	Dr. Vishal Singh Associate Professor

Dr. Vishal Singh holds Doctorate in Mass Communication. He has 19 years long experience of Training/Research and Project Management and specializes in Social Development and Communication. He has been associated as Consultant IEC in RCH-I and State Advocacy Coordinator under IPD & NRHM. Dr. Singh is author of number of books, research papers and articles.

	Dr. Mamta Chauhan Associate Professor

Dr. Mamta Chauhan holds a Doctorate degree along with, M.Phil, M.B.A. & Masters Degree in Psychology. She has 16 years of experience of Teaching, Training/ Research. She has served ICMR & different management colleges in Rajasthan. Dr. Chauhan is responsible for coordinating various trainings for Program Management Unit of NRHM. Besides this, she has contributed in many research activities. She is the Nodal officer for HRMA.

	Nishanka Chauhan Senior Research Officer

Ms. Nishanka Chauhan is Post Graduate in Psychology and holds MBA degree. She has more than 6 years experience in Counseling and Training in Health and Education Projects with international funding. She was working as SBA Coordinator, responsible for the coordination of the SBA trainings running through the state. Now, she is working as Senior Research Officer.


	Ravi Garg Research Officer, Training

Mr. Ravi Garg is a Post Graduate in Sociology, with PG diploma in Labour Law, Labour welfare and Personnel Management from University of Rajasthan. He has served University of Rajasthan and Agriculture University, Bikaner for three year in research activities. Having a rich experience of managing field work involved in health sector research studies.

	Richa Chhabra Research Officer, Management

Richa Chhabra holds Doctorate in Management Studies. She has done MBA with specialization in Operations and is currently pursuing law from Rajasthan University. She is a graduate in Textiles and has a working experience of 10 years including 3 years in research, trainings and health sector. She is responsible for coordination of trainings organized by SIHFW, besides assisting in regular activities.

	Dr.Ajapa Bhardwaj Research Officer, Management

Dr. Ajapa Bhardwaj holds a Doctorate degree in Psychology, with MBA (HR) from Rajasthan University and PG Diploma in Guidance & Counseling. She has few presentations and publication to her credit. She has 3 years of experience in teaching, counseling and Human Resources.

	Vikas Kumar Bharadwaj Research Officer, I.T.

Mr. Vikas Kumar Bharadwaj holds a B.E.(IT) degree from Rajasthan University and MBA from MNIT, Jaipur. He is responsible for various training programs under VHSC, besides assisting in the regular activities in SIHFW and developing requisite IT support software for the Institute.

	Divya Seth Research officer, Nutrition

Ms. Divya Seth is a Post Graduate in Food and Nutrition from Rajasthan University, Jaipur, along with internship in dietetics from Post graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research, Chandigarh. She is responsible for the various training programs under VHSC, besides assisting in the regular activities in SIHFW.


	Poonam Yadav Senior Research Officer

Ms. Poonam Yadav is Post Graduate Diploma in Hospital and Health Management with specialization in Hospital management from Institute of Health Management Research, Jaipur. She has worked as SBA coordinator in SBA monitoring cell with SIHFW. Now, she is working as Senior Research Officer.

	Dr. Richa Chaturvedy Consultant - Medical (RCH)

Dr. Richa Chaturvedy is a Medical Graduate from N K P Salve Institute of Medical Sciences, Nagpur (M H) with specialization in Hospital and Health Management from IIHMR, Jaipur. She was working as Senior Research Officer, Management. Now, she is working as Consultant - Medical (RCH).

	Nirmala Peter Consultant - Non-Medical (RCH)

Ms. Nirmala Peter holds Post Graduate Diploma in Health & Hospital Management Specialization in Hospital Management from IIHMR, Jaipur and holds M.Sc. in foods and Nutrition. She has worked as District Hospital Administrator at Govt. A. K. Hospital, Beawar, Ajmer for 2 Year.

	Ankur Asudani Consultant - Non-Medical (RCH)

Mr. Ankur Asudani is a Post Graduate in Management with Specialization in Human Resourses and Finance. He has a 4 Year experience as a Physiotherapist.

	Mohit Dhonkeriya Technical Assistant, IT

Mr.Mohit Dhonkeriya is a Post Graduate in Information Technology from Rajasthan University, Jaipur. He is Responsible for update and maintains the website of SIHFW, Generate Reports and Presentation.

	Lovely Acharya Technical Assistant, Finance

Ms. Lovely Acharya has done MBA with specialization in Finance. She has 1 Year experience as Accountant at Bhawaii Enterprises Ltd. She is currently pursuing her CS from ICSI.

	Dr. Shweta Sharma Technical Assistant, Documentation

Dr. Shweta Sharma holds a Doctorate degree in Human Development and Family studies from Maharana Pratap University of Agriculture and Technology, Udaipur.

	Indu Choudhary Technical Assistant, Documentation

Ms. Indu Choudhary is a Post Graduate in Management with Specialization in Human Resourses and Marketing From Sinhgad Institute of Business Administration & Computer Application, Pune. She has a 6 months experience as a HR executive.

	Archana Saxena Research Officer

Ms. Archana Saxena has done masters (M.Sc) in Extension and Communication from M.S. University of Baroda, Gujarat and is NET qualified. She has worked with RHSDP as a Consultant- IEC. Though her experience primarily includes development communication, she also has experience of working with various NGOs on many development issues such as road safety, panchayati raj and health awareness.

	Rajni Singh Research Officer

Ms. Rajni Singh is post graduate in Anthropology from University of Rajasthan. Currently she is pursuing her Ph.D from University of Rajasthan & PGDRD from IGNOU. She has 4 years of experience in research, training in health sector.

	Hemant Kumar Yadav Research Officer

Mr. Hemant Kumar Yadav is Post Graduate in Clinical Psychology and M.Phil in Community Psychology from University of Rajasthan. He was awarded Research Fellowship from Sports Authority of India, New Delhi. He had worked as counseling coordinator in NGO.

	Ejaz Khan Research Officer

Mr. Ejaz Khan holds post graduate diploma in Management with the specialization in Human resources and Marketing from Regional Institute of Management, Jhajjar Haryana.

	Dr.Bhumika Talwar Research Officer

Dr. Bhumika Talwar is a Dental Graduate from College of Dental Sciences Davangere, Kernataka with specialization in Hospital and Health Management from IIHMR-Jaipur.She has done Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from International Quality Federation USA. She has attended 48 hrs Certification Program on Operations Management in IIHMR, Jaipur.
